which is as far as most people are concerned, the internet, your email address (we use Google Apps), a place to blog (Blogger which we use), a calendar, a smartphone operating system, navigation and maps, YouTube and lots more. All I'm trying to say is, Google for most people is the web.
Google+ is another of Google's attempts of social networking. So far, certain people have loved it. Me included. I use Google+ as one of my primary personal social networks for my personal blog, because if you have Google + linked with your Google account, it will influence the search results depending on people whom you have in your circles.
If you aren't using Google+, just give it a go. You don't have to use it. Sign up, and add a few people to your circles. You can add people in bulk. The Technology culk circle is great for geeks like me, but there are also other people on there as well; like Barack Obama, Madonna and lots more celebrities and influencial people.
Just give it a go. Nothing can go wrong...yet.
