So easy. On your end, you have got a fully fledged desktop program which allows you to remote control, transfer files or even have a meeting between other computers.
You'll send them a link in email to download a 3 megabyte EXE file which installs automatically. A small window pops up with a code which they will tell you and within minutes, your into their computer. You have full control.
You can even run remote diagnostics to see what the Operating System is, Hard Drive space, RAM etc. The possibilities are endless.
If you have iOS or Android, you can even download a free app to connect to your computers from anywhere! Now that's cool.
The whole experience couldn't be easier or cheaper. For family use/friend use, TeamViewer and QuickSupport are free! You can even customize QuickSupport with your own logo, but then the sessions are limited to 5 minutes only...
